I graduated from the University Of Washington Department Of Biology with a PhD. My research interest is physiology, ecology and evolution under the broad umbrella of environmental science. More specifically I study the effects of hydrogen sulfide on plants and animals, and the ecosystem in which they inhabit (more details can be found here). Outside of research I believe in the power of education and the recruitment of undergraduates in meaningful research, with devotion to community outreach (more details can be found here).
